When you send our contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, city or ZIP code, the service you’re interested in, your practice name if you’re a provider, and your message. We use this information only to respond to you and schedule services.

Please don’t send medical information through the website. The contact form isn’t designed for health information such as diagnoses, symptoms or provider orders. We’ll arrange a secure way to receive those when we schedule your exam.

How it’s handled

• Contact form messages are delivered to us by email through our email delivery provider.
• We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.
• We keep messages only as long as needed to respond and for our business records.

Online booking

3D/4D pregnancy sessions and gift cards are booked through Booksy. When you book, you give your information directly to Booksy, and Booksy’s own privacy policy applies. Our booking button may load Booksy’s booking window on this site, which can set cookies from Booksy.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly website analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages are useful. This data is aggregated and isn’t used to identify you personally. If we use Google Analytics, it may set cookies in your browser, which you can block in your browser settings.
